Last night I prepared a bowl of Bircher muesli to consume over the weekend. I got this recipe from a YouTube channel called "Bondi Harvest" and was amazed at how simple and quick it was to make! The addition of chai tea is optional but it definitely adds flavour to the muesli. When I ate it for breakfast this morning I added some chopped fruit and fresh orange juice for the ultimate healthy experience..
